True Colour Beauty was founded by me, Carrie Pierce, a stylist with 29 years of experience in the cosmetology industry. My journey began with a pair of scissors, a comb, and an unshakable love for helping others look and feel their best. 

For nearly three decades, I’ve worked behind the chair with countless clients, each teaching me that beauty is not only about how we feel inside, but how we look on the outside. 

What inspired me to create True Colour Beauty is a love for the beauty industry and a love for the people who have surrounded me all these years. I believe that beauty should reflect who you are—inside and out. That’s why my products are designed to celebrate and enhance your natural beauty while staying true to the environment and values that matter.

Not to mention, I look forward to retiring someday, being able to relax, and cherishing these memories of a fulfilling career. While my feet may tire, my heart will always treasure the connections I’ve made and the opportunity to give back to a new set of clients and friends.
